1. Who We Are
Stolos360 provides fleet and transportation operations software. The Drivers App is used by drivers who have been provisioned by a transport company, fleet operator, or other organization using the Stolos360 platform.
Depending on the service arrangement, Stolos360 and the organization that provisioned your account may each act as a controller or processor for parts of the personal data handled through the App.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use the App:
Account and Identity Data
- Name, email address, phone number, account identifiers, and workspace or role assignment
- Authentication and session data needed to sign you in and keep your account secure
- Driver profile details provided by your organization or updated by you in the App
Operational Booking and Trip Data
- Assigned bookings, schedules, shuttle runs, dispatch records, stops, passenger counts, and notes
- Trip status changes, check-in or no-show events, service completion records, and payment collection records where applicable
- Vehicle, route, and work-allocation data needed to run transportation workflows inside Stolos360
Precise Location Data
- Foreground location while you are using active trip or operational navigation features
- Background location during active assignments where it is required to support trip progress, geofencing, arrival detection, and service verification
- Coordinates attached to operational events such as driver status updates, arrival handling, and booking-history records
Precise location data collected through the App is linked to your identity because it is associated with your authenticated driver account, assigned bookings, device session, and operational records. We use this data for App Functionality and not for advertising or Apple-defined tracking.
Notification and Device Data
- Push notification token, device platform, and notification preferences
- Notification event data related to assignments, booking changes, trip actions, and operational reminders
- Device type, operating system, app version, and basic technical identifiers needed for secure service delivery
Optional Content You Choose to Provide
- Profile information you edit in the App
- Receipts, issue reports, or other operational images or documents if your organization enables those flows and you choose to submit them
- Calendar-related information if calendar integration is enabled and you grant access on your device
Diagnostics and Support Data
- Crash reports, error logs, and app diagnostics
- Operational debugging context such as booking identifiers or trip-state tags when needed to investigate failures
- Support requests and related communications
3. How We Use Your Information

4. How We Share Information
With Your Organization and Authorized Workspace Users
We share relevant operational data with the company, fleet operator, dispatcher, or other authorized Stolos360 workspace users that provisioned your account so they can assign work, monitor service execution, verify trip progress, and administer the service.
With Service Providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the App, such as providers for:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure
- Push-notification delivery
- Mapping, routing, and geolocation services
- Crash reporting and diagnostics
These providers act on our behalf under contractual restrictions and are not authorized to use your information for their own advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.
For Legal, Safety, and Business Transfer Reasons
We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect users, passengers, organizations, or our services, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
5. No Sale and No Tracking for Advertising
We do not sell personal information. We do not share precise location data with data brokers. We do not use precise location data for third-party advertising, cross-app advertising measurement, or Apple-defined tracking.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, meet contractual obligations with the organization using Stolos360, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record. Operational and financial records may be kept longer where required for compliance or legitimate business purposes.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You can update some profile information inside the App.
- You can control location, notification, camera, photo-library, and calendar permissions through your device settings.
- Disabling some permissions may limit or prevent core driver workflows from functioning correctly.
- You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data, subject to legal and contractual limits.
- If your account is managed by an organization, some requests may need to be coordinated with that organization.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encrypted transport, access controls, authenticated sessions, and restricted administrative access.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect data appropriate to the nature of the service.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable, we take steps intended to protect personal data when it is transferred across borders.
10. Children
The App is intended for professional use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
